粳稻杂交种F1代条纹叶枯病抗性表现

Resistance Performance of Japonica Hybrid F1 to Rice Stripe Virus Disease

摘要: 水稻条纹叶枯病是我国黄淮及长江流域粳稻区的重要病害。以圣稻105、圣稻16、圣稻813、圣稻134、大粮202等5个抗条纹叶枯病品种(品系)与武21621、圣武糯0146、S19、1037、8311等7个感病品种杂交配制17个杂交组合,F1代条纹叶枯病抗性表现为:8个组合未发病,另外9个组合不同程度发病,病丛率14.3%~50.0%,病丛 的平均病蘖率17.4%~75.0%。相同抗性亲本与不同感病亲本、不同抗性亲本与相同感病亲本所配组合F1的抗病性存在差异。

Abstract: Rice stripe disease (RSD) is one of the most serious viral diseases in the japonica rice growing area of Huang-Huai and Yangtze River region in China. Five resistance varieties of shengdao105, shengdao16, shengdao813, shengdao134, daliang202 were crossed with seven susceptible varieties of wu21621, shengwunuo0146, S19, 1037, 8311 respectively, and 17 cross F1 combinations were obtained, and there resistance performances were investigated under field conditions. The results showed eight combinations perform resistant, while the other nine combinations perform susceptible to RSD, the infected hill rate were 14.3% ~50.0%, and infected tillers rate of these infected hills were 17.4%~75.0%.
